Shipping Policy
 

The shipping service is providing by United States Postal Service (USPS). We delivery through United States, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We also provide International Shipping S
ervice. To process international order, just place the item in your cart and register it as International shipping option at the end of your purchase. International shipping charges must vary by your location. To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each Item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our carrier lowest-cost shipping method. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method are selected and will be shown during checkout. Our website reflect real-time inventory, all our products are on hand for immediate delivery. The time estimate to expect your delivery it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you it will be within 2-3 business days. Please allow up two weeks for delivery on international orders. Newwithtag.com always makes every attempt possible to deliver products ordered on time. Note that we are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by our carrier.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines: Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to newwithtag.com within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the original packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, dust cover, etc. until you are completely sure that the merchandise you received is ok. Shipping to a different address To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you need to contact your credit card company to list the alternate address with them. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

Return / Exchange Policy

Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for an exchange/store credit or a refund, excluding any shipping charges and with minimum 20% restocking fee, within a period of 3 days. To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. If you would like to make an exchange, our sales associates will be gladly to help you, just request an EMA number (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) and you will receive through your e-mail all you need to make your exchange or return possible. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Merchandise can be returned only if in original packaging, in new condition, never used. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on any products or items which have been removed from packaging. For your protection insure the package and ship it via a trackable method. Please note that newwithtag.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot accept responsibility for items purchased that are returned without previous authorization. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges of merchandise being returned to us. Please do not attempt to return items to the address on your shipping label, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you. If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refund Policy

 All returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 30 days of receipt.
